Thomas E. Haynesworth, talks at the State Capitol in Richmond, VA Monday, July 21, 2014, with Janet Burke a woman who mistakenly identified him as her 1984 rapist. In 2009 DNA testing proved she had misidentified him and that the real assailant was Leon W. Davis Jr., a serial rapist who called himself the "Black Ninja." Haynesworth remained in prison for other crimes committed by Davis but he has since been exonerated after serving 27 years in prison and he and Burke are reconciled.
